December 2024 Update

Holy Tits McGee, it's already December. Where has the year gone!?

I'm in the midst of AMA Book 3+4 Edits, so I'm going to try and keep this brief - let's see how I do.

The Website is on the backburner again right now. Every time I make progress on it I end up feeling super behind on content, and content is king!

Weight Loss is back on track, down 5 pounds last couple of weeks as I find a new balance. Keto Power. Filling myself up with a coffee beverage seems to help. Still need to exercise more.

I've been distracted by an Idea, which is never a good thing because Ideas are Thoughts and Thinking leads to Time Management Problems. In this case it's a fantasy novel concept I really like, folds together a few of my older ideas in interesting ways, and tickles my brainstem with the crossing of genres. I even have setting, main characters AND plot worked out (this is a problem - usually when I have a distracting idea like this it's only two of the three so the idea doesn't have legs and goes back to sleep). I must not work on it! I must not! (Oh Hi, Mark.)

That's right, I'm putting The Room references in here. Wait, didn't I say I was going to keep this brief?

Obviously this month has some disruptions coming up - the Holiday Season is upon us. I hope you all find your various ways of celebrating (or anti-celebrating) fulfilling as we progress through the month. I'm also being threatened with a Nice Dinner and Gladiator 2 for my birthday on the 15th, so that might happen. Otherwise, for the life of a writer, I am looking forward to snow outside so I can do some cozy writing and not be tempted to venture forth just to feel like I accomplished something concrete in my day.
