2024-08-27 14:37:14 +0000 UTCNope, Jerry's reasoning for not using a condom with Moira and her not needing to worry about it was that he'd "had a vasectomy" so as not to risk pregnancy. That's only "technically true" since he didn't have a medical procedure and everything works fine down there, he just used magic to stop himself from getting people pregnant. It's a 'white lie' to cover up the bigger issue of magic.

Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately for Jerry in this case since he didn't do it) the Vice Principal either didn't think the rumours were a strong enough case to call the police (no actual evidence or witness coming forward), or she felt it was in her domain and therefore she had the right to handle it. We don't know which it is yet, but neither are 'proper procedure.' Mundane villainy is sometimes the most frustrating.
