December 2023 Update

Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas, folks!

Why did I wait until halfway through the month to post my update?

Because today is my birthday! And because I forgot to do it at the top of the month.

So, I'm a year older, maybe a little wiser, and I am firmly entrenched in this new career path that is fueled by all you fine folks. We're going to do a whole breakdown with a State of the Patreon post in January, so I'll hold off on waxing poetic on this occasion. Just know that I'm very thankful for you all!

November Recap

A bunch of stuff happened in November!

• Some of you may remember that there was a risk of OFG going on hiatus. Thankfully our extremely generous Patron of OFG Aurelian returned to his patronage so replacements were not needed. A major thank you to those who reached out interested in supporting some chapters!
• AMA: It happened at the start of December, but we are now 'pretty much' caught up on the AMA bundles (barring the latest release technically putting us over for another one). We're also SUPER CLOSE to finishing Day 6. Some of the events stretched out longer than I thought they would, but made for some fun writing.
• FoF and QT:NW got their releases.
• QT:Florida Man doesn't seem to be super popular, though that might just be because I'm not updating it very regularly. I might run a poll to see if people care about it or not.
• Le Francais got it's release, and we even got some sponsorship of new Unexpected Affections which was a lot of fun to get back to!
• I finally (read: just now) released the November Art for Robbie!
• I also started posting stories over on Inkitt after they reached out to me to see if I would want to try their program (I think it was a blanket email lifted from Patreon). I decided to test the waters - I am getting reads over there, but nothing like the other sites I'm posting to. What they do have is easy scheduling for automated releases, so OFG and AMA have daily scheduled releases out to October of 2024. If I die, my posts shall go on!
• I'm also working on a longer commissioned piece that will not end up posting here, but will appear on the free sites, due to ToS. This is just to let y'all know that some of my writing time will show up, just not here.

So that's all the 'regular stuff' that happened, but we also had a bit of a BIG EVENT.

The voting finalized for the Literotica 2022 Awards (it only takes a whole damn year to happen), and thanks to your support we ended up taking home Three Awards! Cattie and Robbie from AMA: The Boyfriend both took Sexiest Female and Male characters respectively, and QT:NW Ch 6 brought in the Top Mind Control story of the year.

I am so damn thankful that you folks took the time to vote!

And, I just have to say, after the year we've had I think we've got a shot at taking even more awards for the 2023 releases.

Plans For December

• OFG and AMA releases continue, preferably at a slightly faster pace.
• FoF and QT:NW  each get a chapter before the end of the year.
• We're going to have TWO releases of Le Francais this month, both of 5 chapters (Thanks to ThL!)
• I have another set for the Secret Commission coming up
• There is going to be a Poll for which of our three main OFG characters will be the December Character Art subject.
• I would like to start work on bundling FoF with some fresh editing into sets of 5 chapters so that I can start releasing them on StoriesOnline and Inkitt (and maybe CHYOA if I can find a good way to split up the longer chapters.)

Oh, also, I'm still working on the Illustrated Novella with Bayushi... and we have our first Character Art!

Meet Oberron, Male half of the Husband/Wife Adventuring Duo

Oberron is a grizzled veteran adventurer who has a bit of a problem with authority. Together with his wife Amana they track bounties, hunt monsters and seek out the magic corners of the world that might finally help them start saving for retirment... but first they need to make sure they can pay for their kids schooling at the Academy.

Oberron has druid-like powers, in tune with the primal wilds of nature.

Bayushi and I are hoping to have Amana done sometime this month as well, though with the holidays she might slip into January.
