In my heart they are really siblings

JC

Oh!! Seriously thank you that has been driving me nuts and this is the second time I'm reading through FoF

The relationships in the story were changed for Terms of Service issues with Patreon. The options were - stop writing Font of Fertility, or change the relationships. Even now we're still in a grey area that I'm hoping we can skirt around any big issues. As a brief explanation: Jerry's parents were the best friends of Stacey's parents and were asked to be her godparents. Her parents died in an accident while she was still very young, and Jerry's parents took her in and raised her like she was their own but never hid the fact that she had other parents. Lauren and Lindsey's parents were both widowed when they were younger as well, and got married when the girls were still kids, making them step-siblings who grew up together.

I'm so confused by the god-siblings and step-siblings thing, I feel like that wasn't explained enough since in the beginning they were all actually siblings

I think this is the first time in reading an erotic story series that I have had a fan theory. That's a measure of how good this story is. Anyway, I feel like there is a central mystery to Jeremiah's origin. How did he become Ezekiel's successor? Is there a connection between the two that we haven't seen yet? I'll be looking forward to the answers.

I originally came here for FOF, but OFG (which I've read a bunch of threads of on CHYOA) and AMA are my favorites now. I love the balance of "action" to drama/action you have in your stories, it really makes me care about the characters and want more. Also, with your constant recommendations in QTNW for reading CP's stuff, I'm subscribed to him as well, which I blame on the quality of writing you both are putting out.

So, the $300k was prepaid rent and not recognizable income in the current year, but should be recognized on a monthly basis as the rent would be due (unless there is contract language to the contrary and that would not generally be allowable in residential real estate). As for the COI, waiver could be assumed to have been in the lease package (since it usually would be). Yes, it's supposed to be with the initial offer, but there is nothing saying she didn't disclose her representation of the potential tennant to her landlord clients with offer presentation.

Some super fair notes on the Moira situation. The realism of it all is a little far-fetched for sure, and may spring up issues for Moira - to be honest, that will depend on how the main plotlines develop because doing a whole offshoot adventure for her could end up being a distraction and FoF already moves a little slower than intended. It also depends on how important Moira becomes to the group - there's going to be an FoF poll coming up late this month/early next month once Chapter 18 moves into Beta about new characters that have been cropping up... Great to hear you love OFG and the mix with the office dynamics. It's a tough balance to hit, so it's really nice to hear people are enjoying it.

Great installment! Not that I'm suggesting any changes to the story, but as a landlord if I got a surprise 300k cash in Dec I'd be a bit pissed... I'd need more than a few days to invest it in more property so it didn't all get eaten up by taxes. I suppose a larger corporation can absorb that a bit more easily, but they still plan and budget... And, with my ex-realtor hat on, Moira is courting a board hearing and discipline, and probably felony charges, for not disclosing the conflict of interest and taking pay from both sides without one party (the one she is technically representing) knowing about it. There are forms to disclose limited agency (working for both sides) but both have to agree. And that's the kindest interpretation the board would put on it; if her broker (who would be liable for her actions as construed above) pushed back on taking the fall, it would be framed as fraud and bribery and conspiracy and mean felony trials... Maybe fallout from this will be a future, minor plot point complication? Oh, I do have one suggested change., since I'm already commenting...The large chest muscles are called pectorals and are referred to as "pecs" rather than "pecks". I've been a big fan if FoF for years and years, and am so glad you've returned! I think Only Fans is my surprise second favorite of your current stuff...I think it would have been further down in preference if the office side didn't have interesting things going on as well, but loving the balance so far.
