They, at the time, are unaware of what happened in Tokyo. They just know both sides were given a cease fire order. Doesn't make up for the people *in* Tokyo to be so casual about it.

2024-07-09 20:49:10 +0000 UTCThe reason why the warhead wasn’t as much the focus is because this story is still focused around Zero and the black nights betrayal here is key turning point in the story as they have been the linchpin for much of story now so with that gone and Zero losing all his key allies and support makes you wonder what is left for him to do now especially after all the build up it took to get here. And it’s not like the mass casualties was not at all addressed as it was a key source of conflict for some of the characters as you saw in this episode.
