2023-12-19 13:57:49 +0000 UTCSuper minor detail that isn't a super big deal but the ending for this episodes is one of my favorites. A red hand reaching out to a friend, at the drop of the chorus a very brief flash to blue hand now holding a gun, and right back to a red hand with its fist clenched. I absolutely love the way they play around with the ending visuals and songs they use. They also really love to use the colors red and blue in the show and the transition of colors is thrown in there every once in a while in some good scenes. I'm not personally smart enough to have found the deeper meaning behind it but it's definitely there.

Just as a reminder (all of this has been mentioned or was implied before): the voices of the Legion can only be heard by Shin. The other 86 and Lena can hear them only when they are connected to Shin with the Para-Raid (which transmits the users' senses, but they restrict it to hearing, because otherwise it could damage their brain). That's also the reason why Lena wont tell anyone (I suppose), because if they knew about Shin's ability they would do all kinds of experiments on him. I dont think they could make the Alba believe what they know without revealing Shin's secret.

2023-12-18 21:42:53 +0000 UTCShower scene clarification. Two things. - Anju and Kurena are the only two girls that are still alive. - Anju's back has scars that says "Wh**e's daugther". That is because she was abused and carved by others 86 because she is half Alba. Her father was an Alba and her mother 86. That's why her hair is of that color. When she was sent to the camps, the other 86 abused her of that situation. Now that she and Kurena are the only girls remaining, Anju who was embarased about the thing in his back and never shower with the other girls, decided that it's doesn't matter anymore.
