According to the story I wrote some years ago (this was my very first long story) Peter & Sandra end up living in a post-apocalyptic community of surviving mutants. They, as engineers will have specific roles, and after some projects, they transform the small town in a comfortable place to live (water, electricity, food, security..) So, after some effort, they will live some kind of "normal" life, where she will get dress, and will meet their friends, etc... so this image is just a random scene of Peter&Sandra daily routine, not really a part of the story.
