New KIT OPS: Raven Edition
Added 2021-09-18 01:36:36 +0000 UTCWe've got some nice new features in this one worth checking out. In particular, you can now reposition INSERTS using snap modes. You don't like where you added your INSERT? Just right-click on it and you can move it where you want. Press F for face snap, E for Edge snap, V for Vert snap-- plus there are some other modes as well.
Also, pretty cool is the replace INSERT(S) feature. You can now replace one INSERT with another-- and you can even replace ALL of the same kind of INSERT with another. Great for LOD type work-- or if you just want to modify an INSERT a bit.
Been really hard at work on the KIT OPS PARALLAX addon. It's pretty darn cool and you can build 1-plane PARALLAX rooms with only a couple mouse clicks, plus we provide the room template as well. The whole thing is wizard like with Step 1,2,3 etc (up to 6). Very simple, yet powerful-- and with KIT OPS 2 PRO, you can instantly save them as INSERTS.

Dear Chip, sorry for the late reply. What I meant was that it would be great if there was a text field added to kitops pro below the favorites function that i can just enter "cap" or "screen" or "frame" and have all my coherently named inserts(I am a sucker for structure) pop up, from all the kpacks, in the kpack selection window. Because I keep adding more of my own and from artstation. That would be ubercool!!!
