I need to help my parents and sister to pay their rent and also my monthly bills are waving LOL. but don't worry, if I have an extra money in the near future, I will buy the game and mod it.

You could try to monetize a YouTube channel with videos where you show how to use the modding tools or how you get from point A to point B, that is, what the character is like initially and how you get to the final result, or even something more creative that occurs to you.
