Belladonna - Fluff
Added 2025-05-17 02:27:06 +0000 UTCBella arched her back, hair cascading in waves down her spine as she let out a low moan. My fingers dug into the curve of her hips as my own pleasure shot through me, the two of us trembling together in a sweaty mess on the settee in her office. The fire burned bright behind us, and the door had been locked for hours. This wasn’t the first time I came, and it wouldn’t be the last for the night. Not with the way Belladonna was rolling her hips or the way her breasts were peaked and rubbing against my own bare chest.
With a contented sigh, she slumped against me. Her arms were wrapped around my shoulders, breath coming in little puffs against my neck. I could feel her tongue snake out to lap up the last of the blood there. My head was still woozy from the loss.
“I don’t know how you do that,” I whispered.
“Do what?” She was purring against my skin, giving tiny kitten licks to keep the wound oozing sluggishly.
“Make every time with you better than the last.”
She laughed. “That’s the blood loss, my heart.”
“It’s not.” One hand cascaded up her spine, the heat from the fire warming her skin pleasantly. She was curling close to me tonight, having bombarded me the second I walked into her office. “We really need to try and do this at your place,” I told her. “I can’t remember the last time we spent any time there.” She had been working so frequently that we rarely got the chance to just relax in the luxury of her home. As a result, she had brought most of the furniture from her own parlor here.
“At this point, I might as well move,” she muttered. “It is a waste to continue paying for both places.”
I craned my neck back. “You pay for this place?”
“Of course I do. Did you think I had stolen it? Commandeered an entire church?”
Actually, yes. Maybe it was my own naivety, but I hadn’t even thought of paying some sort of rent. I certainly didn’t. Then again, I created my own space. “I like your home,” I said, instead of admitting to the truth. “Maybe hold on to it for a bit longer. You can’t possibly keep up with this work load forever.”
“A Baron’s job is never done,” she sang. Shifting, she sat more evenly on my lap, her bare legs stretching out across the settee. She rested her elbow on my shoulder, her other hand walking up and down my chest. “I’ll keep it,” she told me. “For you. In fact, I think you should move in there. Get rid of the hole at the end of the alley.”
“I’m proud of you. It’s been three whole days since you’ve tried to get me to move from there.” Bella hated my apartment in artisan Alley. She said it was where poor people pretended to be rich.
“Three? I’m slipping.”
The fire popped, the sweat on our skin beginning to dry. I let myself indulge in the expanse of Bella’s skin, laid out in front of me like a feast. I was a being that would live forever, and I was certain I would never get tired of this. I wanted to take her somewhere expansive. Stretch out on silk sheets with her and just explore each other for hours. I wanted to wake up tomorrow feeling sore and used and completely satiated.
“What are you thinking, dear heart?” she asked.
“That we need to get a bed in here for the nights we don’t want to go home.”
A low chuckle sounded from her throat. “Oh, darling, I’m not moving tonight. Your lap is far too comfortable.”
“My legs are going to fall asleep,” I told her.
Her fingers plucked my chin up, lifting my face towards her own. “I’m. Not. Moving.” A shiver ran down my spine, making my insides ache. “Do I need to repeat myself?”
“No,” I rasped.
She released me. “Good.” Just to make a point, she wiggled around a bit, settling herself further into my lap. “Consider this your punishment.”
“What did I do?”
“Nothing, for now. We’re simply coaching you for those times in the future when you will truly need to sit still. You think this is going to be a test. Wait until I put you on your knees between my legs. I think your tongue would be a nice addition to a long work day.”
I groaned, my head falling against her shoulder. The thought of it was degrading. Humiliating even. And gods did I want it.
We fell into a small silence, the two of us lounging in post-coital bliss. There was a commotion downstairs and I saw Bella lift her head for a second, only to glare at the door. Anyone who would dare knock was not going to have their life much longer.
As the night quieted down and the two of us fell into a half slumber, I began to revel of the weight of her on me. There was something so soft about her when she was like this. A small and stolen moment that only I was privy to. It wasn’t often that she allowed vulnerability and most of the time, she had to disguise it with something domineering.
“My heart,” she said softly, eyes half lidded.
“Hmmm?”
“I’m cold.”
The fire was still blazing, but Bella was prone to chills the longer she sat. Reaching behind me, I grabbed one of the soft cashmere she kept inconspicuously around the room, wrapping her in it before curling myself as much around her as I could.
“Better?” I asked.
She snuggled closer. “Adequate.”
And for Bella, I knew that meant perfect.
