(WIP) Really missing OMORI
Added 2023-01-09 21:30:30 +0000 UTCI really wanted to create a headspace charm and I've also been really inspired by OMORI's sadness with Mari and Sunny. In the beginning I did a redraw (partially complete) from OMOCAT's official artwork with all of them wearing their OMOCAT tee's which I still really like, but innately I just wanted to create my own piece so I came up with a concept of Mari helping Sunny play his final song on the violin. I'm aiming to have the background be sort of a nice warm dark venue color with a spotlight on them with the orchids from OMORI on the bottom and fluttering photos from Basil's scrapbook in the back behind them. I'm pretty proud of this idea and it's SUCH A PAIN IN THE ASS for me to create the posing and everything around this piece, it was surprisingly harder than I thought but I think I really like the outcome!
The charm was kinda neat too, I started on it this morning and I really like the way it came out, I just so happened to have the filter which is kind of a pixelated rainbow filter that I overlayed onto them to kind of mimic the coloring of OMOCAT's headspace but I might try to do some scribbly overlays too to mimic the "drawing" aspect of the game.
