Added 2024-09-03 00:21:09 +0000 UTCA couple people wondered why I didn't show the ball hitting Saki, and at first I was like, I don't want to do something that gruesome, I don't know if I could do it justice in my art, etc, but it kinda came across as abrupt when I just moved past it. Well, I had a thought of how to depict it. This will probably renumber the pages, since I'm posting this one on the RGS site... right now!

2024-09-05 01:24:19 +0000 UTCYup. But the ball was traveling at such speed that her own arms were bent backwards and hit her muzzle. Had not been for them to absorb a modicum of kinetic energy, Saki's neck would've broken.

Im seeing this like an aftershot of her body laying on the sand motionless. There's something powerful about not showing the impact, just the destruction it caused. i dunno just a thought, either way the monochrome is a beautiful way to do it
