A writer did a great story where a hetro guy fell through a votex and found himself in a parelle world with gay anthro wolfs. Finding that being hetro would be a pervert, and everything he had known was gone he had to struggle to adapt. Yes they had females, however once they reached their 16th birthdays they would come into season only Once!. Sex occured both due to scent and the responsibility to procreate. Then after the pups were born - they bled out. The two dads would look after the cubs. Thus female children were treasured because they would be gone. Those who did not matexsurvived.. but has no interest in sex ever again.
