2025-05-31 14:32:11 +0000 UTCInstead of the devil, Doom is more like an angel with a single purpose. Like Michael whose purpose is to destroy everything in the end. The Koreans aren't naturally Christian, so their interpretations of god are always imaginative. In this, the god is the beginning and doom is the end, like Moira and Thanos. They don't really have the choise to be anything else. Cha is definitely morally grey but he is someone who is more adept at giving jina a non-toxic relationship that she needs. On the other hand, her ex is so wishy washy about everything, he would've kept her waiting forever and she would've waited, and her stories are a reflection of that. Yes he is a shitty friend for not being up-front about it but i suppose he doesn't want to push his roommate into action, because that will only begin the same exact cycle all over again, because as we can tell, that guy doesn't know what he did wrong and hasn't learned a single thing.
