We begin with Gary showing his legendary tolerance for discomfort in a challenge that leaves even the unshakeable Jung Kook wincing, and Jae Seok and Seok Jin utterly defeated. His deadpan determination is on full display and hilariously contrasted by his teammates' expressive suffering.
Then comes possibly the most bizarre Running Man game to date: a face-based tug-of-war using clothes pegs. Yes, really. The combination of winces, screams, and laughter makes it an instant classic in the show’s already chaotic legacy.
After a slightly less intense round of hide-and-seek (emphasis on slightly), the finale ramps the pain back up with a brutal game that tests memory, reflexes, and pain thresholds — with the winners somehow looking more miserable than the losers.
Chaotic, painful, and endlessly entertaining — this one’s going to stick with us.

You should check them out sometime, they were an Idol group under Rain's Company (he used to be known as "Rain's Little Brother" [he even played a younger version of him in a movie] but now he has distinguished himself in his own career). Joon is now an actor and even does variety content and much more. You will get to see him in other Running Man episodes too down the line.

2025-05-03 07:10:25 +0000 UTCI would skip the next ep and go straight to ep 10. Cha Taehyun is one of the highlight appearances on RM. He is so funny. He has a close friendship with so many and it’s fun seeing that chemistry. Can also do 11 and 12 following ☺️

2025-05-02 19:03:58 +0000 UTCOH the lore!!! 🫣 oh boy! okay so (bare with me) .... they jokingly said sorry to Nichkhun when Gary held Victoria's hand because back then, South Korea had this popular variety show called 'We Got Married' where they would bring two 'random' celebs together and they would get ''married'' (cause they didn't actually sign official documents) for like either a few months or up to a year. There were usually more than one couple a season, and Nichkhun & Victoria were a couple on one. They were a couple for about a year on it and they were a SUPER popular couple 😂 Other iconic couples include; Joy (RV) and Sungjae (BTOB) , Taemin (SHINee) and Naeun (A-Pink), Kang Sora (Actress) and Leeteuk (SUJU), Eric Nam (Soloist) and Solar (Mamamoo), Lee Joon who was in this ep was on it, even Heechul and MORE of course! Anyways, of course this show eventually got cancelled because well... there was a big shift in the K-pop scene. Over time, the fan reactions got stronger (negative) and it did create some awkward or hostile situations for some celebs/idols on the show, and affected their images. It was also cause audiences felt it was starting to get boring = ratings falling, but I remember watching it back then as a kid. It feels like a fever dream now. I enjoyed it to some extent, but I can understand why it no longer exists now and why it could never exist now 💀
