The crew are back—this time without Kwang Soo—and ready for an unforgettable night at the prestigious Sejong Centre, where they’ll be collecting Running Balls and competing in a series of hilarious, chaotic challenges.

Before the games get underway, the guests are introduced to the large crowd waiting outside. One particularly lucky CNBLUE fan even gets a personal serenade... shouted across the road, of course, in true Running Man fashion.

Inside the Sejong Centre, the more performance-minded members take the stage to showcase their talents on one of Korea’s most iconic platforms. Then, it’s down to business as the cast split into teams for another epic game of Hide and Seek. This time, it’s not just about hiding—the hiders have their own scavenger tasks, forcing them to stay on the move while the seekers close in.

The episode wraps with a classic variety show twist: a lemon tea relay. The cast are randomly assigned a number of lemons and must drink the juice as part of a team race. Naturally, the result is a lot of wincing, shouting, and watery eyes. You’d expect the losing team to be a little sour—but this time, everyone’s puckering up!
