To celebrate and promote their mini-album Pleasure, Treasure take over Idol Human Theatre—and what starts with a surprisingly touching leadership handover quickly descends into the kind of chaotic mayhem only Treasure can deliver.
We open with an emotional (and unexpectedly heartfelt) moment as Jihoon and Hyunsuk pass the leadership baton to Junkyu and Asahi. What was clearly intended as a light-hearted sketch somehow becomes genuinely moving, with both outgoing leaders getting a little misty-eyed at the formal gesture.
But of course... it doesn’t stay serious for long.
The new leaders step up as MCs, guiding the group through a series of variety games, split into teams. With their experience from Treasure Map, you’d think they’d be well prepared. You’d be wrong. This is awkward chaos mode: fully activated.
From the Frying Pan game—where names fly and reactions fly faster—to a Word Relay round that brings out the competitiveness and confusion in equal measure, the episode is packed with golden moments and glorious disasters.
It all builds to a final showdown involving chopsticks and tension so thick you could slice it with... well, chopsticks. Our nerves were in pieces, but the laughter never stopped.
A brilliant spotlight on Treasure’s bond, brilliance, and beautiful nonsense—and proof that whether they’re promoting an album or playing kids' games, Treasure are in a league of their own.
