The second part of the science and history museum special is somehow even more chaotic, hilarious, and unpredictable than the first—classic Running Man.
We jump straight back into the action with the resolution of last week’s trash can curling cliffhanger. It wraps up quickly (as expected), but naturally leads to a deciding game—this time with added velocity and even less structural integrity. Watching the teams launch their teammates across the floor with all the grace and stability of collapsing furniture is something we won’t forget anytime soon.
Next up is a tense hunt for a golden piggy bank, which ends in a brilliant twist. Ji Hyo spots the prize perched on a seat inside a gyroscopic astronaut training machine. But as soon as she grabs it, she realises two things:
It’s empty.
The mannequins guarding it are very much alive.
Cue a truly unexpected astronaut simulation and a surprise answer to the question we never thought to ask—would Ji Hyo make a good astronaut?
And if that wasn’t enough chaos, we finish with an all-out brawl on a packed bus. The goal? Just get to the back of the bus and return. Sounds simple, right? Except it turns into a riot of limbs, laughter, and flailing strategy as the contestants battle not just each other, but a horde of uncooperative passengers.
A brilliant follow-up to part 1 and another reminder that Running Man remains the gold standard of variety game madness.
