The bakery staff is almost complete as Sakuya interviews his final candidate, and this time it’s Ryo who’s applying for the coveted role of Pastry Chef. Naturally, this means it’s time for some serious testing… and a whole lot of chaos.

Sakuya wastes no time in breaking the fourth wall, reminding Ryo (and us) of his real-life cooking skills—including a certain memorable rice dish at the dorm. But that doesn’t stop Sakuya from deliberately throwing Ryo off his rhythm, finding joy in catching him off guard at every turn.

Despite the mischief, the two do surprisingly well in the "how alike are we?" test, and with Ryo’s natural confidence, he earns his spot as the final member of the team. The bakery is officially staffed… but there’s one more twist.

Instead of diving straight into serving customers, the members decide their first day on the job should be spent getting to know their boss. So the episode shifts into interview mode, and we get a deeper look into Sakuya himself—including just how deep his love for bread goes. Spoiler: it’s intense.

A warm, funny, and very endearing episode that wraps up the recruitment arc and sets the stage for whatever bakery mischief comes next.
