As the contest continues, the pressure mounts, with contestants having to climb higher and higher to secure the prize money for their team. The back-and-forth battle keeps everyone on edge, but in the final showdown, the last two competitors face the ultimate dilemma—take the terrifying leap from the highest board or lose it all.
Once dried off, the teams move on to their next challenge—a mad dash through the stadium in search of their next prize. At first, it looks like they’ll have to check all 44,000 seats, but thankfully, they figure out that the task isn’t quite as impossible as it seems. That said, nothing can save them from the burning leg pain as they still have to climb all the way to the highest seats in the stadium.
Finally, the teams enter a specially heated room for an intensely sweaty indoor soccer match. Kwang-Soo’s unique proportions give him a clear advantage, but will it be enough to carry his team to victory?
With high-stakes challenges, non-stop laughter, and relentless competition, this episode is yet another thrilling installment of Running Man!

As someone who's an actual avid fan of Running Man, I'd definitely would like to suggest continuously going through the episodes at least until the 2nd season (ep 51), BUT I know that could be too much for everyone... So checking the ratings may be a better idea.

Please consider using the ratings on myrunningman.com which has a larger sample size of favoriting and gives ratings on which episodes got the most favorites from viewers. I think, when following some comments about suggested episodes here on patreon, it would be more personally biased whereas using the ratings from there will give a bigger picture of what episodes a great number of Running Man fans like the best.

Especially when not only the cast but also all of the cameramen and other crew have to stay up all night for over 12 hour (exhausting) shoots and potentially still have to shoot more once the main bit is done!

2025-03-08 01:14:05 +0000 UTCsince ur doing the next one also (it's also a two-parter) i'm really excited! ur witnessing why this show is so iconic! btw ur 2pm bias nichkhun also appears in another ep this season (ep 19) but i'd also say make a stop at 16, only due to the fact a long running joke appears in this ep we'd like u to know the context of going forth, otherwise; based knowing ur preferences & the ppl ur interested in - after 4&5, and potentially 16 - u can jump straight to 19 after to suit ur fancy!
