In Part 1, the members arrive at their traditional Korean accommodation, each trying their best to embrace their roles… or at least, doing whatever they want instead. Unlike previous episodes, Seungkwan quickly realises that his usual control is slipping, as the chaos levels skyrocket before they’ve even properly settled in. The group then heads to a strawberry farm, where they take on a vision-restricted challenge to see who can gather the most strawberries—naturally, it’s much harder than it sounds, and the results are as questionable as they are hilarious.
In Part 2, it’s time to reap the rewards (or suffer the consequences) of their earlier competition. The winning team gets to kick back and relax, while the second-place team is put to work preparing dinner, and the losing team is sent grocery shopping. What follows is a perfect mix of effort, struggle, and sheer unpredictability—from attempting to build an outdoor grill, to chopping a watermelon with their bare hands, to Hoshi testing his food prep skills in a way that leaves everyone deeply concerned.
Packed with chaotic teamwork, unexpected challenges, and classic SEVENTEEN nonsense, BOOmily Outing is already shaping up to be an unforgettable Going Seventeen special!

2025-03-08 04:21:01 +0000 UTCI really adore how everyone was helping Hoshi in their own way, esp. Woozi who never left his side until the food is done. For context, the 'Family Outing' was a show where the team (who we call the 'family') will go to a faraway province and stay for a few days in a home while the people living there were given some nice vacation. The family were left with a list of tasks to do as caretakers. Aside from that list, the family members were just free to do whatever... but being random and chaotic as they are, they loved playing games esp with punishments such as who will sleep outside the house.

I thought he was also quite quiet in that episode as well, but watching this episode always makes me a little sad, but I do love how the other members seem so attentive.

2025-03-06 21:34:02 +0000 UTCdk actually did split the watermelon. 😭 it’s crazy bcs there was a time when idols would just punch watermelons in half and slice them like dk did on various variety shows and i thought it was easy (which was dumb) tried it and nearly broke my hand lol. 😭 the parts of seungkwan holding his food but being afraid to ask mingyu if he could cook it was so adorable 😭 he didn’t want to get scolded. then them talking about missing china line and predicting what jun and the8 would be doing if they were there ): like they are so wholesome it’s insane. ☹️

Also did DK not actually chop/break/cut (idk what to call the action) the watermelon with his hand? Was it an edit? Till now I thought he actually did it lol. Also I love how everyone was surrounding Hoshi and being like aah maybe the water is more but its ok whatever you wanna do and the secretly do stuffs in the side. Haha cute! Thanks for the 2 parts!
