The adventure begins in Episode 0, where the duo brainstorm ideas for the new show alongside PD Na and his team. Unsurprisingly, every idea revolves around food, with Kwangsoo’s “CEO energy” leading to increasingly outlandish concepts. The longer he talks, the more absurd things get, much to Kyungsoo’s bemusement.
Fast-forward a few months to Episode 1, and PD Na reveals the final concept: Kyungsoo and Kwangsoo will run a staff cafeteria—for his production company, no less! Armed with a company credit card and explicit instructions to spare no expense, the duo embark on a shopping spree, selecting only the finest ingredients.
The episode captures their unique chemistry, contrasting approaches, and comedic dynamic as they navigate the pressure of feeding a hungry staff under tight deadlines. Will their culinary efforts and teamwork rise to the occasion, or will the kitchen heat prove too much to handle?

2025-08-11 01:43:55 +0000 UTC'3 meals a day' is an entirely different show with an entirely different cast!! it's one of na pd's longest running programs (now 10 years). in 3mad, the cast members (cha seungwon and yoo haejin) prepare three meals a day with the food that they harvest. however, the food is already there when they're filming, so the cast doesn't have to worry about growing anything- just cooking hehe 'gbrb: reap what you sow' is a brand new na pd show that started in 2023, and it focuses on the entire process of farming- planting, growing, AND harvesting. the production team buys a small field, and the cast members (kyungsoo, kwangsoo, woobin, and kibang) are granted the liberty to plant whatever they want. you can imagine it took them months to complete filming!! it's more like a farming documentary of four best friends hehe both shows are similar in a way but also different. it's definitely a crossover that viewers have been looking forward to, so that's why kwangsoo said visiting the 3mad set felt like the avengers lmaooooo

I knew this would be great but totally didn't expect this to be THAT serious. Like wow, kudos to them and of course, much much more to Chef Kyungsoo👏🏻👏🏻 Salute! Excited for the next~

2025-01-19 01:44:04 +0000 UTCI'm so glad that you've decided to watch this as it is quite long and the pacing is generally on the slower side so I wasn't sure if you would but it's great fun so far and the original kkpp is a blast as well. But yeah, kyungsoo and kwangsoo's dynamic is fun to watch as they really are almost opposites in a lot of ways but it makes the show entertaining as they complement each other well.

That’s why we always recommend GBRB—because it captures the beautiful dynamic between longtime friends Kyungsoo, Kwangsoo, Woobin, and Kibang. (And it’s just a really funny farming show tbh. 😄) I wish you got to know Woobin before this. They name-drop him frequently in the spin-off. He’s the loveliest guy, and he ADORES Kyungsoo, it’s crazy. You would’ve loved him.

Kyungsoo did such a great job given the circumstances. 🥺 Jumping straight into an unfamiliar kitchen and cooking for 20 staff members within 2 hours without any preparation sounds like a nightmare. Keeping his composure and finding a solution right away was super impressive on his part. If this was anyone else, they would’ve freaked out for the content (which is fine lol I would’ve cried on the spot), but he wanted to take this seriously and not ruin everybody’s lunch. Not to mention all the cameras pointed at him must’ve been pretty stressful. 😅 Love how real and genuine this was and how humble Kyungsoo is. He really worked so hard! 😭😭❤️❤️ Thank you for watching this

It's difficult when everyones schedule clashes - Kyungsoo and Kwangsoo being on the same drama shoot ultimately helped although they hadn't started filming when this was filmed

They may appear like polar opposites but these two are like forever stuck together - to the extent they go to their annual health check-ups together and have even been spotted in variety blogs visiting restaurants together. Even before GBRB Season 1 there was actually a Running Man episode in 2016 which featured Kyungsoo - and the theme was brotherhood so they were on one team. Kwangsoo had a role in Kyungsoo's first drama It's Okay That's Love where they became close when Kyungsoo was still a rookie, Kwangsoo will now have a role in The Manipulated (Kyungsoo's villain drama). In Season 1 of GBRB other friends of theirs are present but their dynamic is pretty much the same, the whole concept of the show was these real life friends wanted to take on a project together.

When I cook for friends, it’s my tried and tested hits. Kyungsoo winging it for a large group of of peers and big names in the industry, with zero prep time and zero help, and in front of cameras, is crazy to me. Omg my anxiety ahahaha. His face was so disappointed at the end, but they really did well for people that just found out they had to cater to a whole company in the same morning omg. This show is sooo gooood

The other show where they are buying potatoes from is a regular show where they farm and make meals. Since GBRB’s original farming is done, for the restaurant they need a different source of
