Poll results, Steam details, and a teaser

Hi everyone! Sorry for being silent for a while. A few things I'd like to share:

Part 1

The make-a-scene poll has concluded, and the winning scenario was the one where Circe accidentally drinks an aphrodisiac and starts schlicking. I've written up the commission info and will send it off to one of our artists soon. I'll let you know when it's ready to be added to the game! This will probably take around a month.

Part 2

Despite the lack of updates, I'm hard at work on a lot of stuff. Specifically, I've been working my ass off getting things ready for the Steam release of Haremon! The version of the game that will release on Steam actually has quite a few differences. Let me explain.

Due to Steam hiding NSFW content by default, the way I've decided to handle the Steam version is to release Haremon as a fully SFW game, and then include the NSFW content as a free DLC. The DLC version will be just like the one you know and love--all the H scenes and lewd contact will remain intact. The non-DLC version, however, will have quite a few differences--no H scenes, no nudity, and slightly less explicit dialogue in some places. These changes are quite a bit more labor-intensive than you might initially think. I've had to rework tons of how the game works in order to accommodate the lack of explicit content. For example, H scenes that are integral to the plot in the NSFW version have to be written around with new scenes and dialogue; battle systems have to be reworked to remove nudity-related systems such as taming Haremon, which now uses a very different (and in my opinion more fun) system; and certain art had to be redrawn altogether, for example a few outfits that exposed a little too much even when fully clothed (I'm looking at you, Serrah).

Additional changes to the Steam version include aging up Poppy to avoid any possible problems with Steam's policies (I was very reluctant to do this, but I was told to err on the side of caution with underage characters even if they're not lewded), and removing Bonding Scenes until they're 100% complete, at which point they will be re-added as a free update.

Rest assured--the Patreon version will not change at all! Poppy is still a precious bean, unfinished features are still accessible, and all the lewd content you're used to remains fully intact.

On top of all of the work for the Steam release, I'm also working on the trailer, all the marketing-related stuff, the actual Steam submission process, AND still chipping away at bugs and missing content. As such, I don't have any new builds to share with you at the moment, but will keep you posted with updates as much as I can.

I was aiming to release the Steam version this year, but it may get pushed into early 2025. As soon as the Steam page is up, I'll share it so you all can Wishlist it. I'm not 100% settled on a price, but I'm thinking about $20-25 seems fair--and I'm still planning on handing out free Steam keys to anyone who's already paid that much here on Patreon (though I can't promise anything as I don't yet know exactly how that all works!)
