At the same time, Sunny regains her memories of her past life as Kim Sun, bringing about emotional reunions with both Shin and the Grim Reaper. Overwhelmed by the tragic memories of her past life, Sunny embraces Shin as her brother, fully acknowledging the bond they once shared. The reunion is bittersweet, as the weight of her past comes crashing down.
Shin’s Discovery of the Grim Reaper’s True Identity
The most dramatic moment of the episode unfolds as Shin finally discovers the true identity of the Grim Reaper: he is Wang Yeo, the king responsible for Shin’s death centuries ago. This revelation sets the stage for a dramatic confrontation, as Shin approaches the Grim Reaper at a temple, fully aware of the betrayal that has spanned lifetimes. The tension between them reaches a breaking point, setting the scene for an inevitable reckoning in the episodes to come.

2024-09-22 10:10:49 +0000 UTCSomeone must have brought it up but in case not Kim Woo Bin is a veteran actor who is part of a close knit group of friends that includes Doh Kyungsoo. You guys are made of stronger stuff than I! I’ve seen this so many times, including right before you announced you were going to watch it, and by this point in the series I still cry at something during each episode. One of my very favorite scenes of the whole drama is General Kim Shin’s lieutenant getting the job and receiving gifts worthy of a man who saved a nation. You guys laughed! 😒

2024-09-22 03:48:37 +0000 UTCLove what you guys said about the reaper removing her memories. I like him and probably don't blame him as badly as you guys mentioned lol, but it was messed up. In his mind, he was giving back her memories to find out his identity but also to help the goblin and her get back their relationship. Then once he gave her all that baggage he thought to remove it. But you're absolutely right, thats not his call and it also helped him alleviate his shame. Great reaction as always. I have some things that I'll mention on the last episode to clear it up, cause they're things that won't be mentioned again but I know you guys don't want to hear it now lol. Have a great week!
