You can see from this show that each member of SuperM has a strong work ethic and wants to do a good job at whatever they do. They are also empathetic and caring. In a nutshell, good human beings. Btw, Taeyong is a dichotomy. He is so precious and pure but rather than fragile, he is actually quite strong. He is an absolutely incredible leader and has been praised by professionals like directors and choreographers who have worked with NCT not only for his clever ideas but also specifically for his leadership of the members. He leads with gentleness and tries to listen and give every member a voice, but he also knows when to take a more assertive stance to resolve issues and get things done. Furthermore, I've heard from someone that worked on a show that NCT 127 appeared on in the U.S. that everyone could immediately tell that Taeyong was the leader the moment he came in the room. He was inspecting things and just had that aura. There are a lot of great Taeyong Leader videos, so I'll recommend one on the request form.
