1392-1897 is the joseon dynasty, all the historic dramas where they're wearing hanboks and the men have long hair and hats are set in the joseon dynasty. They had kings and queens and class was incredibly important, to the point of if you weren't born inside the wall of the main city but tried to step in, you could be killed. Scholars who could read chinese were of the highest classes and its where the hangeul written language of Korean comes from. Hangeul was taught to the lower classes as an easier way of writing the language they were speaking.

2024-05-10 22:05:10 +0000 UTCIdk, I think watching these shows are uncovering some new attention span disorder or something lol I think so much of this is so not necessary to show 😬😄 I love to watch them on vacation but I feel some of these episodes have unnecessary content just to drag out more episodes *sigh* I think it's probably a me problem lmao. Just a quick mention about Chen's age - In 2018 Chen was 26 (September 21, 1992) but he said 27 because he was using the old Korean aging system. I think it went into law recently that SK were to use international/regular aging system. Thank you for taking the time to bring us more EXO content. Can't wait until the album listenings!
