He’s had some really tragic roles.) I definitely watched this the first time because of him, as historical dramas aren’t my favorite. But it’s just so good and the casting overall is excellent.

It’s been a while since I’ve watched a reaction to this drama, so I’m thrilled to jump back into the world of Prince Yul/Wondeuk! As someone who doesn’t typically favor romcoms, HDMP was very enjoyable to me and it introduced me to the man that I adore today. 🥰 I know there’s still a long way to go, but I so look forward to the day you start Bad Prosecutor! 😭 Kyungsoo absolutely NAILED that role! He’s always been perceived as a straight-faced, “stoic” guy, so when he jumps into his acting roles, you totally forget that it’s D.O. Over the last decade, he’s played a blind Judo athlete (My Annoying Brother), a crown prince of the Joseon era (HDMP), a tap-dancing North Korean soldier (Swing Kids), a daredevil prosecutor (Bad Prosecutor), and a freaking astronaut (The Moon). Later this year, he will enact as the main villain in a high budget drama called Sculpture City. His range is impeccable. He will impress you time and time again as you further explore his filmography.

It's okay that love is my favourite drama he starred in although he wasn't the main lead. I much prefer his movies though when it comes to him having a leading role

I've found that out of all the kdramas that I've watched over the years, this is the kdrama I've rewatched the most since I like to watch reaction videos for it. lol You guys will enjoy this show. It's both suspenseful and comedic, and D.O. is really great in it!

I love Kyungsoo's acting from the start as his acting introduced me to his singing n idoldom but his expressions and his dialogue delivery,his deep voice,that emotive eyes..its all an amazing package. Thank you for taking time and glad to see you enjoying this show. Fun times ahead..for sure! 🥰
