There's a phrase/acronym in Korea that translates to "taemin is my role model" that came about because so many 3rd to 5th gen idols would say that Taemin was their role model. I think some of that is due to watching him grow up and being able to track that growth over the course of his career. Seeing his singing improve, to his debut as a solo artist has been really inspiring to a lot of younger idols. There's a lot of fun compilation videos of his idol fanboys meeting him and freaking out. I always find it funny when Taemin is on a show with other idols because the host will usually speak pretty formal with the other idols but refer to Taemin as Taeminnie since they've know him since he was 14.

2024-03-15 00:24:53 +0000 UTCHahaha yes the evil Taemin meme, my favourite. Taemin is easily one of the most incredible artists of all time. He's so multifaceted, just so many sides to him: King of Kpop, sweetie cutie angel, androgynous icon, forever maknae (he gets babied by EVERYONE, he's even the fake maknae of SuperM haha), and of course (my favourite) EVIL CHAOS GREMLIN. Please love him forever he's truly the most amazing person. Sidenote I loved him forever repping/crediting Jonghyun (even if he commits crimes by forging his signature ๐คฃ) Taemin has said before that in those early days when he wasn't trained that Jonghyun would help him then and throughout their time together. And now we have this vocal powerhouse Lee Taemin who can even perform Jonghyuns famous high notes live now ๐๐

2024-03-13 03:34:29 +0000 UTCWell, I won't be leaving a long message correcting you lol but your guess was right, there are no corrections on lee mu jin's voice. Or any of the guests voices on that note. As someone who was an early Shinee fan the evolution of Taemin's voice is honestly so nice to see. Also lee mu jin had a special 100th episode with bang yedam ( ex treasure) lily(nmix) and minnie(g-idle). I recommend all three of their solo episodes but especially the 100th episode with all three of them. It was so amazing, them and lee mujin could be in a whole band and they'd own my bank account. I watched it so many times and I would love to see your reactions to it.
