It's been a weird week. A lot of uni work but I also filmed a lot of stuff that I'm now editing ๐ Trying to get all that ready as soon as possible ๐
Also the mochi... I made raspberry mochi with blueberry and cream filling and matcha mochi with peach and cream filling. It turned out very delicious considering it was my first time making mochi ๐ฉท๐ (I used this recipe https://msshiandmrhe.com/strawberry-mochi/, just modified it a bit. Highly recommend this recipe if you want to make your own mochi ๐)
Also spring is ALMOST here in finland... I mean, it's still snowing but it's like +1C sooo... basically spring โ๏ธ๐ฑ
