Also... I had a nightmare last night that my parents wanted to send me to Forest (woodcutting) academy and Max to a mental hospital... So I'm not only stressed while awake but also while sleeping 😅😂

I have experience with these nightmares, they mostly appear when I have a lot of repressed stress, from what the doctor told me, it is caused by the fact that during the day we focus on other things to forget the things that bother us, but our subconscious it catches up with us at night when we are least defensive which is in sleep, that's why we have bad dreams because at night we are most vulnerable to our subconscious
