Ooh, that is interesting.

By the way, did the blonde woman say her name was "Ella"? Ella is the name of the monkey from George Romero's Monkey Shines (1988). About a man in a wheelchair and a killer monkey... interesting.

I didn't have a fear of heights until the ending of Baby's Day Out- that scene is *terrifying!* I didn't have a particular fear of toys as a kid but "The Lonely Goatherd" scene in The Sound of Music is the single scariest scene in the history of film. Arachnophobia didn't give me a fear of spiders but for *years* as a kid (and a teen), I had a paralyzing fear of ants. I don't know how but it happened right after watching Arachnophobia, that movie gave me that fear of ants. Now it's gone. There's an older black and white horror movie, The Monster That Challenged the World, which has my ultimate fear. And I can't explain it - it's just the discovery of what looks like a giant balloon underwater. It looks absolutely huge and awkward and I would leap out of my skin if the bubble burst and the movement of the water freaks me out... Can't explain it more than that- giant balloons don't belong deep underwater.
