Art Batch (2022)
Added 2023-09-28 21:05:02 +0000 UTCAnd now that I've posted everything from last year, I can post the 2022 art batch! What can I say -- last year sucked. An abundance of life shit to sort out and a general lack of inspiration meant very little art got done. Around the start of the year I made a commitment to getting back on track, and thanks to some improved consistency with my art time and balancing dedicated practice with creative drawing, I had a lot of success pulling myself out of that rut.
It was a good year for prehistoric animal people, and I'm still sketching them here and there. I began 2022 with a bunch of graphite sketches of foxes, which I hoped to keep up with, averaging one per day... that didn't quite happen :P All the same, I hope you enjoy what little I did create in that year.
Edit: the fox sketches were from this year. Time is indeed a flat circle -_-

The fox sketches are an absolute blast! Thanks for including them in this batch - there's something about traditional art that just gives off a warmth so hard to emulate digitally. Really glad you were able to find time to doodle them, and that 2023 on the whole has been an improvement over last year! Just you wait, 2024 will be the year when everything will click into place for all of us... nothing but smooth sailing ahead, I'm sure of it! XD
