2025-05-14 13:01:45 +0000 UTCIt is optional for everyone if they want to watch The Defenders or not, but the beginning of Daredevil Season 3 picks up after the events of The Defenders (which is another part of Daredevil's story) and because without watching, they'll be confused of what happened at the beginning of Daredevil Season 3. Everyone has different opinions and I think The Defenders is a great show. I still hope they watch The Defenders before watching Daredevil Season 3 which is still a suggestion.

Can't wait for you guys to see Season 3 though, best season IMO and holds a spot on my Mount Rushmore for all-time seasons of television. Edit: also for what it's worth, just in case anyone is pressuring you to watch The Defenders before Daredevil Season 3...it's not necessary. You can go right from S2 to S3 without even so much as a recap.
