Naomi Scott sang all the songs, co-wrote two of them, and even handled all the dance choreography herself.
As for what’s real and what’s not, I totally get the confusion. Basically, everything is real (with a few hallucinations, like the scenes with Gemma) up until the apartment scene with the dancers. That’s when things really shift—the entity saw Moris as a threat and had to take things up a notch, partially possessing Skye (yep, the hand-down-the-throat moment). After that, most of what we see is hallucinations, except maybe the very beginning of the clinic scene (before the whole stabbing thing). She only truly wakes up again during the stage concert, which was exactly what the entity wanted from the start.
