Finally!!! I've been waiting a long time for a reaction to this classic from my childhood. Even though this was billed as a superhero movie, I consider this more of a revenge/vigilante movie. Also, consider that Darkman is enhanced with immunity to pain and a constant state of adrenal overload at the cost of his mental stability. Granted that there were scenes that should've been left on the cutting room floor, I was very satisfied with the finished product.
