When planning out how the security team would manage to subdue Simon, really the only main note I had was that they were going to each use their respective skills to work together and do so. Which meant that the /specifics/ were up in the air.
So I settled for Peaches finally getting to put those boxing gloves to use. Plus Dezzy getting to finally get Simon in that net. I thought it'd be even funnier for her to approach just like how the villager in Animal Crossing approached a bug with a net.
