Added 2022-09-20 17:01:01 +0000 UTCAction scenes are still something I'm newer at, but finding a natural and striking way to convey things, a way that leads the eye and doesn't break the flow of energy through the page? That's such a good feeling.
I'm considering trying to add a bit of color or at least shading to some thumbnails, at least ones like these where the contrast really plays into how the page looks. The blinding white of the fully-consumed Fair against the night sky wasn't something I had actually been envisioning when starting the chapter, but moving the action to the evening has taught me a lot about values and saturation in my compositions.
