From my point of view, Groundhog Day cannot be touched in terms of the best time loop movie. However another one that I really like is called Source Code where a guy is tasked with discovering the identity of the person who bombed a commuter train by assuming the identity of one of the victims that was on the train minutes before the explosion went off. As for this film...its alright. I didn't hate, but I also didn't love it, but the sequel was more fun to watch for me.
