Mr. Movies is dead on about the flour. The flour is flammable, but the reason it exploded is because Robert made the flour particles airborne causing a dust explosion. What's funny is I have never seen dust explosions used in a movie or show, but twice in the same year I saw a character use flour as an explosive, both in Equalizer 2 and in a show called Goblin Slayer.
