Pretty sure that Mrs. Movies got that right- dregs I mean. xD Al Pacino isn't Cuban as far as I know. Just looked it up and apparently his father was of Irish and Italian descent, while his mother had Dutch, English, French, and German ancestry. I've watched this movie so many times! I'm stoked that you two are watching this. Honestly shocked that you hadn't ever seen this one Mr. Movies! No need to be embarrassed though! This is a quality film that's definitely worth seeing but it's also VERY controversial. The music in this is hit after hit after hit! Obviously 80's tunes but they're all quality. lol, I think it's awesome that you both recognized that line was from Ace Ventura! Totally respect Tony with how he reacted when Manny said something about his sister. As an older brother, I get that, it makes sense to me. Big yup on the montage song being great! Like I said before, all the music in this is quality. :) Love that Tony finally got his tiger! <3 Tony became less happy after he made it big, yeah. After he married Elvira things went bad. Not blaming her but after he got what he wanted things went to shit. I'm pretty sure that Tony owns that restaurant, the one where said "So say goodnight to the bad guy!" If he doesn't, he could easily buy it whenever he wanted to. Cocaine is worth a ton of money! Tony definitely has principles. "No women, no kids." Pretty simple and easy to understand. Other than that he's down to do pretty much anything to anybody. Look at what he did to Manny, for crying out loud! Once it was confirmed that he was with his little sister he shot him dead. Didn't try to talk any of it over, nothing. He opened fire and killed him then and there. Tragic ending to the movie - but it makes sense that it'd go down like this. That fat dude is the definition of loyal - for sure. Something that you two may not know - this is technically a remake! Yeah! There's another Scarface film that was made nearly a 100 years ago in 1932! I've watched and enjoyed it. It is pretty different than this but a good bit of it is the same. I recommend checking it out if you're ever curious and would enjoy watching something made from a time when nobody else you know ever was alive during. I enjoy this movie far more than the Godfather films. They're quality!! Just not as fun as this. This holds a special place for me because I watched this as a kid. Was it appropriate for me to see this at such a young age? Not at all! No idea what my mother was thinking letting me watch this. xD But hey, I did and enjoyed it. No nightmares or anything so it's all good.
