Penicillin can be injected IM, IV, and SubQ. The preferred method is actually IV, not intra muscular. Hers wasn't any of those lol. Looks like she darn near put it into his gallbladder or kidney 😂 The organs are deeper than you'd think though. She more than likely hit the tranversus abdominis (the deepest stomach muscle) which works, but isn't ideal. We have stomach muscles so deep they often get confused for back muscles when sore. He got the meds which is the important thing. Joel's a beast!

In the show he said he didn’t find god until after the apocalypse he also said he’s always had a dark heart or something like that. I think what he’s really saying is before the apocalypse he couldn’t manipulate and groom people(mostly kids) but when there were no laws he was free to do what he wanted. Just an all around disgusting human being
