There was also a remake later on with Morena Baccarin that was also good, that should not have been canceled. On that note, if you haven't seen Firefly, that's also a must, and then that leads into Stargate SG-1. But that's 10 seasons and 2 movies, but a hellava lot of fun and worth the investment.
