I haven't seen this since it first aired in 2001, so this is a lot of fun! I taped each episode with my VCR, and yes, we all had to be patient week to week, for six whole months. Ah, the way life used to be. I predict that you may not be as impressed as we were back then, because so many movies and tv shows have copied or stolen the ideas, style, stories, and technology that made "24" so original and great, so now it may come off as cliched or even boring. I hope not, because it's still an amazing ride. I loved this first season, but I think in some ways the second season improved on it.

2022-11-25 01:14:52 +0000 UTCOne thing I can say about back in 2001 is actually this show wasn't such a huge deal in the US at first - it was going to be cancelled but because it was a massive deal over here in the UK they continued making them.

2022-11-25 01:13:05 +0000 UTCJack Bauer definitely has Harry Bosch energy, if Mrs Movies likes Bosch, I'd be surprised if she also didn't like this - they're very similar characters in a lot of ways. There's a lot less dumb lemmings in Bosch who apparently want to die but other than that..
