So something I deleted when talking about Paulie’s biological father a few weeks ago was that Russ Figoli, who we meet in Season 5 episode “Marco Polo”(aka Carmela’s dad’s birthday party) and who I suspect is Paulie’s Biological father, Russ talks about how he had prostate cancer. Now in this episode Paulie is straight up asked “do you have a family history with Prostate cancer” and he doesn’t know. So the connections to Russ figoli being Paulie’s biological father are: The name, the world war 2 connection & it’s mentioned Russ got a lot of ass overseas, the religious connection(Russ mentions working with the Vatican in Rome, Paulie’s biological mom is a Nun), & prostate cancer.
