Marco Polo episode is one of my fav eps written by Michael Imperioli (Chris Moltisanti). Hugh was a great character. There was a recent post on this sub about Hugh and how he was probably one of the only guys on the show that Tony had a genuine respect for, which was probably mutual. I'd say if anything, Carmela's mother drove her straight back into Tony's arms. Her incessant apologies to the Fegolis and her embarrassment at the uncultured Italian Americans (as she stands outside Tony's massive house) really irked Carm. As for my fav sausage?? Chorizo, the kind from Spain and Saucisson de Lacaune which is a french sausage similar to Italian Salami.
