- Japanese attack on pearl harbor - Germans halting attack on Dunkirk - Germans invading Russia Without those things WW2 almost certainly turns out very, very differently. US most likely gets involved eventually (US began giving aid and supplies not long after Dunkirk) but with a lot less fervor.
