Having seen it, it would be really difficult to try to speak to any "theories" without potentially spoiling. The only thing I can say is that you're thinking too hard about some things and that the show has already given you the info you need to answer some of your questions if you just took the info at face value instead of running off on tangents that aren't supported by what you've actually been shown, and the show has absolutely NOT given you (yet) the info you need to answer the others.
