She hasn't accepted that she's really dead yet, and the chant at the end was her blocking it out again and convincing herself nothing was wrong and putting her back in the "present". As for her being "full bodied", I assume you mean that she can touch stuff - we saw that Peter could touch the doll if he tried after he was a ghost. In Hannah's case, in her denial she's manifesting as a visible, tactile ghost. I think the ghosts can be visible to anybody they want to, the way Peter was showing himself to the nanny.
