Yeah, but they've been on TV multiple times over the years. Also, I grew up with video stores, so it was easier to seek out films that you hadn't seen or look interesting just based on the VHS or DVD covers.

2021-10-22 03:50:51 +0000 UTCI wondered if they would be open to some Argento flicks because while the writing and acting is not always the best, the camera work and atmosphere are done better than most horror films. Tenebre is Argento's best in my opinion but Suspiria is a classic and they could compare it to the remake.

2021-10-22 03:47:52 +0000 UTCThey Live is a classic. An 80s slasher that I highly recommend: Happy Birthday to Me. And please do some Italian horror like Argento's Suspiria and Demons.

2021-10-21 20:02:42 +0000 UTCDr Challis was a real ladies man! The characters were weak but I don't care. I absolutely love Halloween 3!

2021-10-19 07:42:04 +0000 UTCThe Fog, for sureβthen Halloween 3, so you can have a conversation about how John Carpenter keeps Tom Atkinsβ characters banging girls young enough to be his daughter.

2021-10-18 00:00:49 +0000 UTCLove The Fog but have to show Euro version of Swamp Thing to see Adrienne's Barbeaus for You, Me and Boobies.

2021-10-17 21:00:14 +0000 UTCIn The Mouth of Madness. **fistbump**

2021-10-17 01:28:59 +0000 UTCAll good choices here, although Vampires was probably the weakest one in my opinion. Starman is a unique blend of romance and science fiction and one of Jeff Bridge's best performances.

2021-10-17 00:05:47 +0000 UTCWell this is a John Carpenter poll. So π€

2021-10-16 12:46:25 +0000 UTCI'll happily be that one guy who votes for JC Vampires.....it was my intro to JC.
2021-10-16 09:56:55 +0000 UTCStarmanβs great.
Dooly
2021-10-16 06:40:06 +0000 UTCIn The Mouth of Madness is the best film on the list but I guess less people saw it than The Fog. The Fog is a fine film but ITMoM is Carpenter at his best.

2021-10-16 06:39:17 +0000 UTCIn The Mouth of Madness is uderrated, in my opinion, and I still love Starman. Most of the rest are classics so you cant really go wrong, I think.

2021-10-16 02:53:04 +0000 UTCI feel so young whenever these polls are posted:p I know none of them
2021-10-16 02:51:42 +0000 UTCI'd really like to see Assault on Precinct 13. It's real early Carpenter and just a good grindhouse type movie.
Mike Tocci
2021-10-16 02:49:01 +0000 UTCEscape from New York is hands down his best on this list. However theyβre all classics
