This happens to be one of my favourite episode and favourite seasons. I personally enjoyed dynamic between Isak and Dexter.

I think that Dexter is so tired of people rejecting him after finding out he is a killer. Debra knowing about Dexter changed their relationship forever and has affected him more than he admits. Also yes Quinn is such a moron 🤣 I'm a little annoyed he got more screen time than Angel this season. I liked the whole buddy cop thing they had. Also I really loved Lumen and Dexter. I still say she is somewhere out there using the vigilante justice that Dexter taught her.

2021-08-12 21:40:36 +0000 UTCI like Lumen the best of the Dexter love interests as an individual person but that never would have worked out. I liked Rita a lot, but not with Dexter. I loved Lila, but in a I hate her and I love it way. Never would have wanted her with Dexter long term. I would put Hannah in last place among the 4 as a person. I like her more than Lila, but again I'm putting my hating Lila as a positive for the character. Regardless even though I put her last, I feel she is the best for Dexter out of the 4 so I like the relationship.

2021-08-12 21:27:19 +0000 UTCI can't stand Dexter and Hannah as a couple. I am team Deb all the way in this. You can't be with someone like that who has no problem with killing someone on a whim. The way Dexter kills and the way Hannah kills is vastly different, Dexter USUALLY vets and kills people who are societal ills who will kill again if he doesn't kill them, Hannah kills people who she simply doesn't like and is "in her way." Basically what i'm saying, is Dexter's kills could be considered somewhat "justified" like police shootings can be, whereas Hannah's aren't. She killed her husband simply because he didn't want to have kids, killed the woman she lived with for inheritance of her flower business, killed the camp counselor with the flimsy excuse of because he allegedly "touched" a girl inappropriately even if it's true and scummy it's still not a justifiable reason to kill, and she kill Sal Price for looking into Hannah's wrongdoings to evade potential justice. You can't trust someone like that.

I love Isaak's line about "love can be inappropriate". He is talking about himself and Viktor, but it fits for Deb loving Dexter and even Dexter and Hannah. Love the whole conversation between Isaak and Dexter. Did this not make the wife like him more? It did me. At this point I didn't really want Dexter to have to kill him.

2021-08-12 19:56:13 +0000 UTCI am a big fan of Dexter and Hannah, because as horrible as she is, she has not done anything bad to Dexter, she is good for him. At this point i know people who hated the relationship and their reasoning was Hannah is a killer, and I can count the number of people she killed on one hand. Yet she is somehow worse than dexter who has killed more people than all the bones in my body. I am rooting for them.
